My name is Kedar Sharma. I am a retired journalist, having worked in reputed media organizations such as The Times of India in India, Gulf Times in Qatar and Reuters.

In my career I have covered politics, and oil & gas. After retirement, I chose to document my learning and become an author. My first book, Dynastic Ambition, published in 2018, chronicled the rise of the Gandhi-Nehru dynasty since India's independence, and the role it played in shaping India’s destiny.

My next book was published in 2023, titled India's Transistion from Fossil Fuels to New Age Energy by authorsUpfront. The book talk about India's journey from fossil fuels to new age energy.

In 2024, my first book was translated in Hindi as वंशवादी विषबेल.

I am currently based in Ghaziabad.
